HELLO MAY

Hi guys, so I've got a bit of an impromptu post today. Sorry about the lack of posts but as I said in a previous post I'm back at college so I'm kinda busy.
Anyway, I decided I want to reflect on the past couple of months and set myself a couple of goals for the coming months. Enjoy!

For the past few months I've been slacking with coursework and I got completely overwhelmed by the workload. But I've really got on top of it and feel like I'm working very well now, completing work and I feel really happy with the quality of work that I'm producing. I need to keep working hard so that in a couple of weeks I am coursework free and can focus on revising for my final two exams; Film Studies and English Language.

I have been quite unhealthy and not very active for the past few months because I felt incredibly guilty of doing anything other than coursework. I didn't want to go out anywhere with family because I just felt like I had so much to do. I've decided that May is time for me to become a little bit healthier and also become more confident with my body for the Summer and continue with a healthy lifestyle. I love walking and I always feel really good about myself after I've been for a stroll so I'm going to make sure I walk my dogs everyday and maybe started jogging too. I'm not doing this to lose weight or make a significant change because I'm happy with my body but I want to become fitter and just feel healthier and energised.

I didn't want this post to be too much writing so I thought I'd just show you guys a couple of pictures that I took when out walking with my sister.



Sometimes it's so easy to get caught up in everything that's going on that you forget to take a little bit of time out for yourself, I'm going to do that more too.
