Hi guys, today I thought I'd share a makeup look that I wore to a family party at the weekend. I really like the simple natural look and I know it'll be a firm favourite getting into the warmer months.

Starting with the base I just used a little of the Collection concealer on any blemish, buffed that in and then powdered using the Rimmel Stay Matte powder in 001 transparent. I then continued with my face and contoured with the Seventeen Define and Conquer Contour Palette to define my cheekbones and add some depth to my face. I decided to just apply some Carmex to my lips seeing as the occasion I was going to was a BBQ and no one likes smudged lipstick. I then went ahead and filled my brows in slightly, I used the benefit brow zings. I used the wax to set the brows and the powder to fill any gaps. I didn't go overboard as I wished to keep this look quite natural.

Last but not least is eyes. I actually stole my sister's The Balm 'Nude'tude' Palette. I used the shade snobby all over the lid, sleek and serious in the crease to create a subtle smoky eye. To brighten my eyes and open them up a little, I used the shade sassy. Before mascara I went ahead and used the benefit 'They're real push up liner' to create a thin winged line. I then popped on a couple of layers of mascara for reference, I currently use Rimmel's Lash Accelerator Endless but I'm not a huge fan of it so I'm looking to buy something else soon.

So there's my super quick easy and simple Spring makeup look. I hope you like it, I think I'll start doing some more beauty related posts in the future so look out for them if you enjoyed this. Thanks for reading, see you soon x
