AN UPDATE #1

Hi guys, it's been about two weeks since I last wrote so I thought I'd get back into blogging with a little catch-up type post. To tell you what I've been doing for the past two weeks.

Firstly, I turned 19! I can't believe I'm in the last year of my teenage years and it's so crazy how quickly being 18 went. I still haven't started my driving lessons yet but hopefully I'll be getting that sorted soon and will be learning to drive within the next couple of months.

Last Tuesday I went to college for the first time since we broke up for the Summer to enrol in my second year of my Graphic Design course. I'm so excited to go back and actually missed college while being on my Summer break. I feel like I'm in such a great place mentally and hopefully this will reflect on the grades I achieve this year. Hopefully I'll stay this motivated so that I can post blogposts and YouTube videos as regularly as possible.

This next point ties in with the previous. Just over a year ago I had a meltdown about my bedroom and just felt that  had too much in it. So I got rid of my desk, this was partly due to the fat that I thought I'd not be going back into education and also because I can never be productive working in my room. So, after checking that it was ok with my Mum, my Dad and I headed to IKEA and I brought myself a cheap desk and chair, which in total cost me about £45 which isn't bad for two nice looking pieces of furniture. Instead of putting the desk in my bedroom, my parents have allowed me a space in our second lounge which means I have a wall to stick pictures up and also somewhere detached from my bedroom to complete college work and also blog productively.

Last but not least, I have started walking/running. I'm really quite unfit and after my dad started cycling again I decided that I wanted to go on foot. So using the nike running app I pulled on my trainers and alternated between walking and running. I hope that doing this every couple of days will improve my fitness and make me feel better about my body. I hope to tone up a bit and not get warn out after running for 90 seconds.

So that's about it for my little update. I'm really excited to see how all of these things pan out over the next several months and I'll be sure to keep you updated.
